本會假漁人碼頭會展中心宴會廳舉行聯歡晚宴，，並舉行《2013《道德經》中學生歌唱比賽頒獎典禮，勞工子弟學校奪得校際冠軍，新華中學奪得組合冠軍，邀請梁安琪議員、行政會發言人梁慶庭先生及戴定澄教授等嘉賓頒獎，並安排優勝者以粵語及普通話演唱助興，由澳門道樂團伴奏。

副會長葉達表示，自一一年起舉辦《道德經》歌唱比賽，其曲譜由道樂團音樂總監王忠人撰寫。比賽以歌唱形式讓學生容易琅琅上口，從而明白當中的哲理和思想，是道化教育方式之一，深受師生認同。
