本会假渔人码头会展中心宴会厅举行联欢晚宴，，并举行《2013《道德经》中学生歌唱比赛颁奖典礼，劳工子弟学校夺得校际冠军，新华中学夺得组合冠军，邀请梁安琪议员、行政会发言人梁庆庭先生及戴定澄教授等嘉宾颁奖，并安排优胜者以粤语及普通话演唱助兴，由澳门道乐团伴奏。

副会长叶达表示，自一一年起举办《道德经》歌唱比赛，其曲谱由道乐团音乐总监王忠人撰写。比赛以歌唱形式让学生容易琅琅上口，从而明白当中的哲理和思想，是道化教育方式之一，深受师生认同。
